PII is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify a natural person. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your PII when using or accessing our website, applications, or services.

 

We may collect your‎ name, email address, phone number, as well as other information you give us directly on our Platform. 

 

 

You Provide It to Us

We collect information that you provide to us directly in the course of your interaction with us.

 

Automated Information Collection

We may connect information collected automatically with information we already have about you in order to identify you to provide our services. This allows us to provide you with a personalized experience regardless of how you interact with us. In order to provide the best experience possible and run our business operations, we also use automated information collection technologies for reporting and analysis purposes. 

 

We and our service providers use anonymous identifiers such as cookies and other technologies to collect and store certain types of information (e.g., click stream information, browser type, time and date, hardware/software information, cookie and session ID) whenever you interact with us or third-parties that use our services.

Our sites and mobile application(s) include social media features, such as the Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter widgets. These features may collect information about you such as your IP address and which page you are visiting on our site. They may set a cookie or employ other tracking technologies to accomplish this. Social media features and widgets may be hosted by a third-party. Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them.

 

Mobile Location Information

If you use a mobile device, your device may share location information (when you enable location services) with our websites, mobile application(s), services or our service providers. 

 

Information From Other Sources

We collect information about you from other sources to enhance our existing User information and improve the accuracy of our records. This improves our ability to contact you and increases the relevance of our marketing.

 

Information we collect is used for a variety of purposes, including activities such as: processing transactions, helping our User Relations representatives resolve issues, identifying fraud and improving our services. In addition, information we collect improves your experience by delivering more personalized interactions and advertising in digital  and social media (e.g., Facebook, Pinterest), as well as TV and Video platforms.

 

We also use information we collect for reporting and analysis purposes. 

 

Our Purposes (including but not limited to marketing)

• Deliver coupons, mobile offers newsletters, in-store receipt messages, emails, mobile messages, targeted advertising and social media notifications
• Provide interactive features of the website or mobile application(s), such as product reviews or Weekly Ad, send marketing communications and other information regarding products, services and promotions

Product and Service Fulfillment

• Fulfill and manage purchases, orders, payments, and returns/exchanges
• Respond to requests for information about our products and services in our stores, on our websites or mobile application(s) or to otherwise serve you
• Connect with you regarding User service via our contact center, User service desk, or on social media or internet chat platforms. Chat functionality allows our User Relations specialists to see what a User is typing before hitting the send button. This allows for quicker response time as our specialists anticipate questions.
• Provide services such as gift registry or a shopping list
• Award and fulfill benefits associated with use of our services
• Administer sweepstakes and contests
• Conduct a transaction where we collect information required by law (for example, pseudoephedrine or age-restricted purchases)
• Allow you to, using our mobile application(s): find a store nearest to your location, show you a map of the store (if available), use our drive up capabilities (where available), add and redeem offers, search for products and check availability, check prices, provide product ratings and reviews, track your orders, scan a UPC barcode or QR code, use voice recognition to add to your list, update information, etc

 

Cross-Context

We merge data collected from our own websites, services and service providers. Examples of the data collected include: cookie IDs, device advertising IDs, transaction and browsing history.

 

Interest-Based Advertising

We may participate in interest-based advertising (IBA), also known as online behavioral advertising (OBA). We use third-party advertising companies to display ads tailored to your individual interests based on how you browse and shop online, as well as to provide advertising-related services such as ad delivery, reporting, attribution, analytics, and market research.

 

User Experience Information

In order to improve your experiences, help with fraud identification, and assist our support team in resolving issues you may experience with our services, we use tools to monitor certain user experience information; including login information, IP address, data regarding pages visited and ads clicked, specific actions taken on pages visited (e.g., information entered during checkout process), browser and device information.

 

Social Media

We engage with you on multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest). If you contact us on one of our social media platforms, we may contact you via direct message or use other social media tools to interact with you. In these instances, your interactions with us are governed by this privacy policy as well as the privacy policy of the social media platform you use.

 

Social Media Ads

We may display targeted ads to you through social media platforms. These ads are sent to groups of people who share traits such as likely commercial interests and demographics. For example, we may target people who have expressed an interest in shopping for groceries, cosmetics, clothing, etc. See the policies of each social media platform for additional information about these types of ads.

 

Prevention of Fraud and Other Harm

Prevent fraudulent transactions, monitor against theft and otherwise protect you and our business (e.g., product recalls)

 

Legal Compliance

We may collect information from you when you use or access our website, applications, or services.

 

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your PII to third parties other than the following:

• Purchasers of Our Business. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
• Law Enforcement. We may share your information in order to comply, as necessary, with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, as well as legal process, respond to mandatory legal or governmental requests or demands for information, enforce our agreements, policies, procedures and terms of use, and protect ourselves, our users, or the general public from illegal activities.
• Service providers and vendors. We may share your information with our service providers to allow them to provide us their services.  

 

If we come into possession of your PII, we may keep your PII for up to seven days, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).

 

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process PII, we will either delete or anonymize any PII in our possession, or, if this is not possible (for example, because the PII has been stored in backup archives or is stored by a third party service provider to which we only have access rights), then we will securely store any PII in our possession and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

 

We use industry standard best practice vulnerability scanning technology to keep our systems secure, and patch all vulnerabilities within a reasonable timeframe. 

 

Your PII is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Despite our efforts to protect the security of your information, no security system is always effective and we cannot guarantee that our systems will be completely secure.

 

Our legal basis for collecting and using any PII in our possession will depend on the PII concerned and the specific context in which we collect it. We may need to collect PII from you or a third party service provider only 

1. where we need the PII to perform a contract with you; 
2. where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your rights; or 
3. where we have your consent to do so. 

 

We have a legitimate interest in operating our website, applications and services, for example when improving and debugging our applications and services.

 

In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect PII from you or may otherwise need the PII to protect your vital interests or those of another person. Right to Deletion	The right to request the deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Opt Out	The right to direct us not to sell personal information we have collected about you to third parties.
Right to Non-Discrimination	The right to be free from discrimination for exercising any of the rights described above. The right to non-discrimination does not prohibit us from offering you certain financial incentives that may result in different prices, rates or quality levels of products or services. In addition, please note that if the exercise of the rights described above limits our ability to process personal information (such as in the case of a deletion request), we may not be able to provide our products and services to individuals who exercise these rights, or to otherwise engage with such individuals going forward.

Rezior reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes to our Privacy Policy, our revised Privacy Policy will be posted on our website and it will be noted on our website that material changes have been made. The date of the most recent update to our Privacy Policy will be set forth in the header to the Privacy Policy.

 

Our platform is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If we learn that any personal information has been collected inadvertently from a child under 16, we will delete the information as soon as possible.
